NEW VIDEO: LATE-MODEL EQUIPMENT ON SE IOWA DAIRY AUCTION MONDAY
Late last night I posted a new Youtube video here on our site, highlights from a super dairy farm auction held this past Monday (Feb. 23rd) in southeast Iowa. Great lineup of equipment, including 2 low hour late model SKID STEERS. One is a 2007 Bobcat S185, the other a 2008 NH L190. Click on the "Machinery Pete Video" on our homepage to check out the video. Also pretty interesting, this sale by Sullivan Auctioneers. Sullivans have long had all their machinery auctions "live" on Proxibid.com. On this video clip you can see how that pays off for them. A late-model Brillion cultimulcher in "like new" condition sold to an internet buyer all the way out in state of WASHINGTON. Washington a LONG way from southeast Iowa!

WINTER DRIVING DELAY ON WAY TO GRAND RAPIDS, MI
Yesterday I set out from my home base in Rochester, MN to make my way to Grand Rapids, MI. The good folks with the local IHC collector group there in Michigan invited me to speak at their winter convention banquet tonight (Saturday). I had planned on getting all the way to Grand Rapids last night, but I hit some nasty weather about 8 pm and decided to pull off in Benton Harbor, MI. I never used to mind too much driving in snowy, windy conditions. You kind of get used to it living in Minnesota your whole life. But since I rolled my pickup earlier this month.....deciding to maybe sit some of this tough winter driving out. I'll zip over to Grand Rapids this morning. Hope to do some video interviews while I'm at the IHC convention and report back here soon, so check back for updates.

QUITE A FEW VERY NICE MACHINERY AUCTIONS TODAY (FEB. 27TH)
I'll be busy when I get back to the office as today (Feb. 27th) there are a number of very nice machinery auctions. I'll work the phones and get as much sale price data from today's sales as possible into our "auction results" database. Thanks to all our great auctioneer contacts and to our own field staff for sending us those great sale price reports......keep 'em coming!!
